 artists statement:  

I work in Intaglio, etching and some dry point and carborundum on copper or aluminium. I use figurative imagery from which I seek to draw out greater resonance’s that suggest their cultural and social or spiritual contexts. I have my own studio and etching press at Claddaghduff. From 1982 – 1991 I was full-time lecturer in the education facility in NCAD prior to that, full-time at Dun Laoghaire School of Art and Design.
